EliseAI Raises $350M at $4B Valuation, Doubling Worth in One Year

EliseAI says its software serves one in six U.S. apartments and surpassed $200M in annual recurring revenue. Its $350M round, co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer, follows September’s launch of Apollo, an AI teammate for property teams.

EliseAI announced on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, that it has raised $350 million in a new funding round, valuing the company at $4 billion — double its valuation from its Series E round just one year prior.

The round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Ventures. Founded in 2017, EliseAI builds software that automates administrative and operational work for housing and healthcare companies. The company says its platform is used by one in six apartments across the United States and passed $200 million in annual recurring revenue earlier this year.

Earlier in September 2026, EliseAI launched an AI “teammate” called Apollo, designed to assist with tasks inside the EliseAI platform. “It’s built natively into the same platform that already runs leasing, maintenance, and renewals,” co-founder and CEO Minna Song told TechCrunch. “So it can act across every role on a property team.”

On the healthcare side, EliseAI automates patient-related paperwork for specialty physician groups. Song described the scope as covering “the first inbound call through referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart prep, and follow-up, so nothing falls through the cracks.”

Song said the company has focused on housing and healthcare because they represent two of the “largest expenses for American households.” The rapid valuation growth — from $2 billion to $4 billion in roughly 12 months — suggests the company’s revenue trajectory and dual-market positioning have drawn significant investor interest. The fresh capital may support further expansion across both sectors.
